| 英文描述 | Swine dysentery is a severe form of colitis caused by BRACHYSPIRA HYODYSENTERIAE. Highly contagious and usually becomes endemic. Peracute to chronic dysentery in pigs from weaning to market age is the common pattern but also affects adults or sucklings. Lesions only in the large intestine. Definitive diagnosis by isolation and identification of B. HYODYSENTERIAE. |
